If you encounter a quality issue with your HYPEREV router, kindly email shop@gearupbooster.com within one (1) day after receiving your items. It´s important that you keep the original packaging of the device.

Please send us:

  1. Your ORDER NUMBER for the HYPEREV router, and the receipt time. 
  2. Detail the problem you experienced with your HYPEREV router.
  3. Attach the pictures or video of the problem.

Our team is here to assist you. Please remember that we can only address any product-related issues within 5 days of the item being delivered.
